Naam Yoga for Beginners

Learn the techniques of Naam Yoga for beginners, the Naam Healing Series, and the Lionheart Healing Series. This class will concentrate on the physical aspects of Naam Yoga for supporting health, stress reduction, great physical condition. All Naam classes include breath work as well as sound meditation.
